• Refund policy for any cancellation is 5 - 7 working days.

• Within 28- 14 days before arrival, 35% of the total value
• Within 14-10 days, 50% of the total value
• 100% total value will be charged 09 days before arrival.
• For group booking 100% cancellation in hotel part & excursion ticket / talk to sales person for flexibility.
• For Non refundable booking 100% payment need in advance once booked can't cancel the booking 100% no show will be charge.
