At SK Holiday, we understand that travel plans can change. We aim to be as flexible and transparent as possible regarding cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation by the Customer:
a. More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund, minus any non-refundable booking fees.
b. 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
c. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
d. No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Components:
Some components such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa charges, and other third-party services may be non-refundable, as per their respective policies.
??Cancellation by SK Holiday:
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule or receive a credit for future travel.
Force Majeure:
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee any refunds in such scenarios.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
