Payments Terms
- The Rate of Exchange (R.O.E) will be the prevailing rate on the day/date of Payment ( + 01 rupee will be applicable on the ROE ).
- The Rate of Exchange (R.O.E) will be calculated from xe.com.
- After we receive confirmation from the agent on mail, we shall block hotel rooms.
- Once the rooms are blocked a certain C.O.D (Cut-off date) is given by the hotel, before which the agent has to clear 100% hotel amount.
- 100% amount must be cleared 21 days before guest arrival in Bali.
NOTES
- High season surcharges will be applicable.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- We don’t provide refund or deduction on the total package cost for unutilized services. Rooms/Seats are subject to availability at the time of booking. Kindly note that the drivers are not guides. Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability.
- International hotel check in is 1400hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs.
- Early check in and late checkout subject to availability.

- Cancellation charges applicable as per company policy.
- In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
- Passport copies of all the passengers are must to initiate the booking.
- We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.
- We will strictly following day wise itinerary based on confirmed package and we don’t take any responsibility if any places or object miss because of delay on departing or traffic condition or client not listening advice from our ground team.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing by the agent. We will not regard a booking as cancelled until we receive an email regarding cancellation from the agent’s official email id.
- The following cancellation fee will be applicable, in regards with the number of days prior to departure that cancellation is received:
- Cancellation fee will be fully charged for NO – SHOW or Early Departure, FIT / GIT for guaranteed room booking.
- Should a cancellation be received 20 days prior to arrival, 100% of total reservation will be charged.
- 21-30 Days prior to arrival – 50% of total tour price will be REFUNDED.
- 30-45+ Days prior to arrival 75% of total tour price will be REFUNDED.
